About Me

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania, specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy.  I have recently moved my therapy practice to Holy Spirit Hospital and privately I am forming a group called Transforming Lives Ministry.
I am a practical, interactive, brief, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused therapist. My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. I incorporate a blend of conventional and alternative approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, I work with each client to helpeach person build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.

I value the relationship between client and therapist.  I provide a non-judgemental, confidential, empathic environment where individuals can feel safe and understood.
